What do I need to bring with me in order to rent an electric bike?
You will need a driver’s license or some other proof of identification. Payment can be made by credit card at the time of reservation. You can bring your own helmet or one will be provided with your rental.
Is there an age restriction on bike rentals?
Yes. Insurance restricts riders to 16 years of age or older.
Do I need to wear a bike helmet?
Bike helmets are included in your bike rental and are required to be worn at all times while operating your rental bike.
What is your policy if we have bad weather?
If we have bad weather which affects your reservation you can reschedule or cancel the same day only. We do not cancel reservations due to weather before the rental day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Weather related cancellations are only available on rental day. Trip protection is offered at check out for unexpected last minute situations.
Are there any weight restrictions?
Maximum weight is 275 pounds for RAD Power Bikes.
What happens if there is an issue with the bike while out riding?
Please call the shop and we will send someone out assist.
Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, there is a rental agreement that you will need to sign at the time of rental. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to sign the agreement for you and everyone in the rental party.
Are the bikes easy to use? How safe are they?
The bikes are as safe as the rider. They can travel up to 20 mph but do not have to go that fast to enjoy. Prior to embarking on your electric bike, we will provide a safety briefing and make sure you understand how to use your electric bike.
Parking Information
Free parking for the POHO garage is at the Confluence Hotel. Parking available under the bridge, parking garage across the street or back parking lot at the hotel.
What facilities are there?
Restrooms are available for customers onsite in the hotel.
